It helps to relieve bloating, nausea, stomach aches, headaches, feverishness, and dry throat. Take enough rest and exercise regularly to improve your condition.

Directions :

• Consume 1 sachet if you feel tired or lost sleep.
• Before long journeys, consume 1 sachet.
• If you feel cold/fever symptoms or have diarrhoea, consume 3 sachets per day
